The Admin team has continued to meet on an almost weekly basis. In addition to regular meetings, they have had one meeting with a focus on Outreach and another with medical professionals from our congregation. Later this month there will be a meeting with a focus on Worship & Music. If you would like to meet with representatives from the administrative team, please sign up using the links on the website.

Discussions at the July & August council meetings included:

• A Council InfoSite has been developed in order to place all documents in an easily accessible location and better use the Google Suite as a collaborative tool.

• Various experiments are progressing including: conversational check-ins, plans for a new members class later in the year, stewardship plans, and a possible online Rally Day.

• Andy Chen is the new Prayer Chain coordinator.

• Paper blue slips have been replaced by digital requests for payment.

• Preparations are underway for Pastor Hector's ordination

• All staff contracts were approved for renewal

• A task force is reviewing the current Live Stream situation
