November 2021 Update
Council met in person in Fellowship Hall on Sunday, November 21. Discussion included the following points.
An update from Nick Ashley on behalf of the team preparing for our 150th anniversary included goals, a timeline, and possible activities.
A scavenger hunt update was presented and people were encouraged to participate.
The financial update included a draft three-year budget and the passing of a motion to Create a fund to support TUC’s long-term financial sustainability. There is also interest in holding a flea market in early March 2022 and the council was advised that John Mullins has been re-elected as Chairman of the TUC Foundation through Dec 2024.
Council approved the new Outreach funding criteria and Funding request form.
Council decided that anyone may serve in a worship leadership role without revealing their vaccination status.
