An Overview of the Class
This five week class aims to provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to engage in discussions about grief. It focuses on building community and fostering connections among group members. The objectives of the class include exploring the nature of grief, its manifestations in personal lives, and finding ways to move forward in light of the reality of grief.

To create a safe, trusted space for people to enter into discussions about grief
To build community and connection between the group participants
To help each participant to explore the questions: “What is grief, how does it show up in my life, and how can I move forward in light of the reality of grief?”
